I was pushed off of a cliff and into a deep water at the bottom. I sank very far, and when I opened
my eyes the water was dark but illuminated by a large, dimly glowing dragon-fish creature. It approached
me, and I swam along the top of its spines. Its body was so long, it must have taken an entire minute for
the creature to pass me, even with its speed. The soft green glow danced on my skin and for a moment I forgot
that I needed to breathe. When it finally passed and slipped away into the darkness, I began to swim up.
As I approached the surface (which seemed further than I had fallen, how deeply had I sunk?) an array of
jellyfish giving off the same soft glow came into view. I danced around their tentacles, understanding their
beauty but also their danger, and when I finally emerged to the surface I found myself somewhere I'd
never been before. It was the flooded floors of a building, and I pulled myself up out of the water, able to stand
firmly with only water around my ankles. I walked around and found a scrambling group of scientists, who were all frantically
trying to find the source of the leak in their building.
A kind woman stopped and looked at me, seeing that I was soaked, and assumed that I had just been caught
up in the initial spray. I was intrigued; i'd never seen clothes like hers, and it was simply a lab coat and
glasses. She took me aside and took away my tattered clothes (the clothes from my old home) and gave
me new unfamiliar ones. I felt it best that-for the time being- I would avoid telling her of my story until I
knew more about the world that I had fallen into. Later, I went back to the place I'd emerged. There was
no opening, only a cold solid floor that had sealed away my old world from me. This place was my new
home now, i couldn't return to were I'd come from.

I only really have on dream that is super vivid, and each time it happens i wake up in night sweats and sometimes ive screamed(fun to have your parents come in on that)..but as much as i dislike having it..i want to know what happens next, but i always wake up before i do.

I used to have dreams like that, a long time ago. Now, I hardly ever even dream at all. ...I really miss those dreams.

:ccc I'm sorry that that happened. I read that the more people write down their dreams the more they remember them, so maybe try that! <3
