Well, adoptions are nice for peeps who like to get some chars together.
I for myself, like horses, and my boyfriend likes owls. So I guess you won't be too wrong drawing birbs and hippogryphs ;D

Fortunately the one I'm working on now is owl-themed ;)

1-3 per week sounds reasonable. It's when it gets to be 1-3 per day that I consider unfollowing someone.

... What makes them dutch? I am curious.

haha! If it's 1-3 per day I'd worry about quality (unless that's ALL someone does, and I would get bored real quick doing that)!

Oh yeah, I'm aware. If I want to do more than one adoptable per week the extras would be species other than DADs. I kinda like that rule since it's easy to do one quality adoptable per week as opposed to 17 shoddy ones in about a half hour. hehehe

I had a few people comment on that one and they're so fun to make, so that's why I'm thinking about doing more!

Ahh right right =3 you have great designs so i think you'd do well with adoptables. It may warrant a second account depending on how you want to do it. If you want to keep these sales and fans separate from your normal commissions or if you don't mind everything lumped together.

I don't think adoptables warrant a second account, unless you're making a ton of them. 1-3 a week doesn't seem like it's too heavy of an amount.

As for designs, I think you could have a lot of fun with brightly colored birds! People in this fandom seem to love bright colors, but this way it would still be natural! Think Kingfishers and Fairy Wrens! And Quetzals! So many cool, bright birds!

Fish are also a great way to go for neat color designs! I once had a Hippocampus character based off my favorite fish, the Yellow Tail Snapper. There's so many fun colors and patterns available in nature!

I really want to do a whole series of bird themed DAD adoptables. I can't get enough of them!! Maybe in 15 years when I run out of birds I'll do fish hehehe
