*** Okay so this little thing popped up in my head as I stocked tent poles and chucked ammo at my job.
It's call Build you Fantasy weapon. cause I'm actually pretty good at drawing swords and shields and such.
Here's how it goes.
Pick your theme
*Steampunk
*Futuristic
*Midevil
*Magical
Pick your primary range (this is your optimal fighting range)
*Short range (Within arms reach)
*Mid range (just out of arms reach but with in a few strides)
*Long range (you can see them)
Pick you secondary range (back up plan)
(same as above)
Details
Short range examples; Short blades, fists, touch based energies.
Mid range examples; Long blades, throwing blades, spears, staves, short ranged energies.
Long range examples; snipers, bows, long range energies,
