About payment:
- Payment always should be made through Paypal. I will send you an invoice after confirming your commission. Do NOT send me any money on your own except if I ask for it.
- Payment should be made in either USD or EURO
- Payment is always up front, before I start working on your commission.
- No refunds once I already started working on your commission. Please be aware of this!
Rights of the commissioner:
- You are not allowed to commission original characters from me without the character’s owner’s consent.
- You of course may upload the art on your online galleries like Tumblr, DeviantArt, ... as long as you credit me and link back to one of my online galleries.
- Of course you are allowed to use the artwork for online roleplaying or avatars. But please do give credit if you do this.
- You are not allowed to sell / make profit of my artwork in any form without my permission. (example: print shirts with the artwork on it -> not allowed without my permission)
About the artist and the commission process:
- I have the right to reject commissions without needing to give an explanation
- By commissioning me you purchase my labor ONLY. It does not give you the copyright over the artwork I have produced. I will obtain all copyrights over the artwork. I am also allowed to use the commissioned artwork for self-promotion, distribution and reproduction. (This is important - be aware of this!)
- I have the right to sell rejected material (sketches , poses) at a later date
- If I make any color mistake on your commission, miss any marking or jewelry from your commission on my own mistake, please let me know. Of course I will fix this errors for free.
- Small changes can be made after finishing a commission for example: Changing an adoptables eyecolor, fixing a part of the anatomy that I got wrong, small changes to the characters features (longer ears etc.)
