Now at cons I think it should be allowed during night time

as there are families and even kids at cons sometimes

Given the number of undies-on-fursuits pictures and diapers-on-fursuits pictures I've seen, I don't think the Administration cares anymore. But if you want to ask someone, you should probably send a Note to Dragoneer. Don't ask Fender, as I understand, he's only FA's mascot (I could be wrong about that, though).

Keep in mind, modeling is one thing; costuming is another. Simply wearing undies or a diaper to show them off is modeling; wearing them as a costume piece (like on a fursuit) is costuming.

I personally am kinda freaked out by fursuits with undies (I have a "fear" of murrsuits so it kinda grosses me out) but I respect peoples decision to wear them with their suit.

I believe one fursuiter actually got banned for posting photos of their suit in underwear. Dum de doo

I still think it's hilarious that wearing *more* clothing is/was prohibited.

I believe fursuits should not be sexualized at all.
