Repeatedly installing the drivers eventually got them to work. Stupid Windows.

Huzzah for working tablets.
I wonder why tablet drivers are so prone to malfunction? I've heard about their 'reliability issues' for years.
Wacom tablets are the gold standard and are generally excellent, but mine are very old. It's no surprise I have the occasional issue.
