To put it another way, 700k one-inch cookies are a total surface area of 1.4 million square inches, wheras the 11-mile cookie would be a total surface area of 122.5 billion square inches.
Of course this is assuming that all parts of a cookie have equal value; if cookie edge has massively more value than center, then my argument is invalid.
