Windows 10. What you people think? [UPDATE]
:Edit = I think I'd know what I'd do. I'll leave my main PC as a windows 7. Everything I need is already setup on it and I don't need to waste any of my time setting up a new PC to be my main. Instead, think it would be fine to buy a Windows 10 laptop down the road when I'm ready for one.:
Okay, my computer's telling me I can update free to Windows 10. I hear it's better, but I always had a hard time switching to a newer OS times before. I really worry about the tablet feel and idea of "Visual over function." (A problem with both Skype and most games I see now-a-days. -w-;;; )
It took a while for me just to get used to Windows 7. I tryed Vista before, and that was scary. I spent a mouth with a Windows 8 laptop and that didn't feel so good. plus I had feedback that game (Including PvA) were having issues running on W8.
So, I'm worryed to update to 10. What problems would I encounter? Can I customize it like I have with my current 7? Does it preform better then 7? Can I use the same programs I now use? And my biggest fear, App base design. That kind of tail fears me that our PC are becoming large tablets where everything is managed though weird sub menus and windows. I need more feedback if I was to upgrade.
Feedback if you please! Thanks!

Mostly.
I've had a couple of glitches - The most prominent, and most common, is that sometimes my Search Bar stops working, but a quick restart tends to fix that rather well. All in all, I think it works great. But, just to be sure, ask around a bit, and see if anyone has any knowledge on if PVA works on it.
The few problems I had when updated to Windows 10 on my laptop is lose of audio function(still trying to fix that) and later losing internet connection even when Wi-fi in my area is totally fine.

Who knows what "unauthorised hardware" means, maybe older devices?
Then you're fucked.
Try windows 10 with the free upgrade, you have a month to go back to 7 if you dont like it without lose of data. You can always get a new operation shell if you dont like metro as well.
Now with the security... I'm still in the dark about that. The only thing I did was to disable Cortana in it's core and relay on 3 different anti-virus/ anti-spyware/ anti-malware. Oh and keep looking for the Updates.
I'm also waiting for the realize of the API to be able to modify my Win 10 Security.
Another thing I think I should say. Consider Heavenly a Fresh restart instead of an update. I say this because majority of the issues that I used to get in Win8.1 got carried over to W 10, causing heavy headache for me. I first got the update to get the license and the pass it to my friend that allowed me to do the fresh restart ~REMEMBER TO BACK UP, I lost all my assets :( ~
The thing is you should look at multi booting Windows or getting a second hard drive, I have about five/six systems, that will in the end all be running Windows 10.
But with the ones I have upgraded, they all wanted to send everything I typed into my computer and my clicking habitues, websites I visit to Microsoft.

this
ultimately, for me anyways, it seemed to purposefully slow down firefox in order to push me to use their shitty "new" browser (it's still IE but now it looks pretty)
Much more things are on there i don't even fuckin' use so I'll go downgrade my pc back into a windows 7 since i had 8 on it x.x
Granted, it's brand new, so of course it's going to be buggy and in need of a lot of patching at first. But I think it says pretty much all you need to know that they will upgrade you to 10 for free, but downgrade you to 7 for $50.00 extra.
Its kind of like buying a new car, you don't know what are the problems with it so your better off buying a used car.
