One of my most productive tools in getting myself to write, in the past at least, has been a chart of 100 different monster girls. The idea was to roll d100 and then write about an encounter with the creature whose number you've rolled.

I don't have the chart anymore, except in my old laptop that is literally falling apart, but I bet a quick Google search will turn it up.
