yeah, i've had those. Most of my dreams are sexless/genderless, due to my intense dysphoria i've suppressed most of my life. (that, and i don't dream often. Have some kind of trouble hitting REM sleep.) but to date i've had exactly three dreams where i dreamed i was a cisgirl. two, many years ago. they lasted for only a brief moment before waking (it was that "wait.. i'm a girl! *poof*" types). The third was a couple years ago, and also counts for my one-and-only, sole sex-dream i've ever had, as well as my one-and-only fully draconic dream. Talk about everything rolled into one!! i was soooooooooooooooo pissed when something external woke me up from that!
