I'm sketching tonight but I'm familiar with a lot of Digimon. Honestly I'm a big fan of MetalEtemon. x3 I don't think he's all that popular.

Come to think of it I don't think I've ever seen any porn of that guy... hell not even any SFW furry versions of him.
