So....I've been looking at your responses as to who Rama really is..
Some said gender bend, some say sister, some say unrelated doppelganger..
Rama is actually from another parallel world within the multiverse. She was another version of me...just female, She was somehow sent across the multiverse into our world. When we met up together...yeah...there was a lot of questions without intelligible answers. She wasn't a sister....because her stories timeline didn't make sense to mine...different landmark names, different dates...
Rama has no clear way back to her native world, so; she actually lives among us as my sister.
That is who Rama really is..so for those that said sister and gender bend, you are right in a sense.
