Well I am in the middle of writing some new stuff to post but it has stalled. Wednesday I pulled muscles in my back . It doesn't sound bad but I was damn near paralyzed with the pain and unable to walk, I have been given Tramadol for the pain and its not doing much even though it an opiate pain killer.

I was also given Diazepam to relax the spasm that is causing the intense pain. it helps so I can at least stand up make a drink pee and stuff but forget being able to sit down and write. One of the pills is also used as a sleeping pill and the other is making tired as well so in the last few days I have gotten lots of sleep at least. I hope to be better soon and then I can continue the new stories
