Sure, talos was a war hero across the lands of tamriel and skyrim, but he was no divine, and his shrines should be considered useless clutter. To recieve a boon from Talos is ultimately useless, as the common man will never learn a shout, rendering the benefits, both medical and combatative, useless to all but druagr deathlords in ancient crypts. If this pettition reaches 100 signs talos worship and shrines will be banned, and they will have blacksmith and medical quarters with shrines of arkay in their stead.
