Going to start working out, I wanna start losing some weight, i'm not fat but at the same time I'm not thin either, but I wanna work on getting thin ^^, I'm gonna also start drinking more water, I'm not gonna completely give up pop but i'm not gonna drink as much as I am now, I'm also gonna start watching what I eat and how much of it, I wanna be able to take my shirt off without the fear of others judging me, wish me luck everyone. =^_^=

You can do it dude! I lost 12 lbs this summer through reducing my calorie intake and working out 3-5 times a week for an hour. I'm still trying to get to my goal.

Good luck, I need to start my work out regiment too, already don't really drink pop that much just gotta eat healthier for the most part
Try cross fit stuff, its hard but if you can bring yourself to do it for a month or two youll never wanna stop! I lost 70 pounds doin it and cutting back on sugar (it took like 2 years tho but thats a good pace i think)
