Some people are absolute dicks *rant*

So first of all this is just a rant journal, it helps to expel my frustration out by putting it down so by no means are you required to sit through and read it.
So as some of you may know I work at a gaming store )board games, card games, miniatures, etc) and recently we got approval to do a big(ish) tournament for the yugioh card game, great right? If only it were so simple, konami the company for yugioh told us that we can do the tournament but had to hold it on Sept 26m that day just so happens to be Magic the Gatherings pre-release event for it's new set which brings in a large volume of people. Since konami wont let us change the date we are forced to cap the yugioh event at a small number to accommodate both events outraging ppl. It's exceedingly frustrating to deal with complaining yugioh players who think we should not do Magic even though Magic had their event planned out 6 months prior compared to yugioh in which I found out last month. I had to deal with assholes complaining that we couldn't reserve the entire day for them or rent out a bigger place, first u have to book rental halls month in advance in my city we dont even get that much warning for the events for yugioh, next it costs a lot of money that we have to pay out of our own pocket. The player cap also has a reason as we need to be able to account for regular customers coming in to the store as well and still meet the fire regulations for the building. GRRRRR i want to punch ppl in the face even though I am a yugioh player I can't stand these ppl, ppl just don't understand how limited in what we can do, we figured it's better to have the event then not have it at all, I've explained our reasoning on things to them and yet ppl still insist on being jerks GAHH! Good thing there are at least ppl who understand the circumstances but they're still outnumbered.
Thanks for those of you who stuck through the rant, big hugs to all of you for tolerating me.

A majority I've met have been... well... pretty much assfaces to me no matter how polite I am, only met so far 3 players that were nice & honest.
It's alright to rant, we all have those days, and at least there was at least one person that was understandable.
So... uh..... have an internet hug & a internet cookie :D
they're just really annoying, when I first started the job 3 years ago i didn't think it was bad but nope i was wrong
That's my mistake. Plus I don't know what's their problem.
I mean, I also have magic cards and yugioh´s too, and I know more yugioh´s games as well. But I don´t see a good reason that these people should act like that. If you guys have problems, then these people must deal with it, there´s nothing they can do but to wait until news. But noooo, they want to get mad and bother you guys and circunstances won´t change : P
Man is to bad that you must deal with these people : /
People are just not considerate, and they don't know how anything works or what it takes to make things happen..
The way I see it, if they are so hurt about it, then they should probably come up with a solution.
You guys should definitely have a suggestion box
Just so you don't have to hear there complaining. Just throw the compliants away at the end
But they are rude anyway.
... I suppose it would be bad. But on one would have to read them
