So, Fursuiting and Fursuits.

So sometimes, on rare occasion it is known that this particular alligator has some deep thoughts and curiosities.
Today I spent time pondering the particular question of Fursuits, Fursuiting, and the fandom in general and I would quite love to hear some of your own personal opinions and Ideas. Fursuiters are, in a nutshell a large face of the fandom, they're the most noticeable and obvious creatures in any given room from furcons, to random outings, anime conventions, comics, you name it, you can spot a fursuiter.
This year at megaplex I got to wear my partial for the first time, I had an amazing time in it, had fun, know and feel like I need a lot of work on myself to truly make it pop and be memorable. But I had a really great time and really enjoyed it. So My questions is I suppose what are YOUR thoughts on Fursuits? If you're a fursuiter, why do you fursuit? What does Fursuiting mean to YOU . Even if youre not a suiter, how do you feel about them? Is it something you'd try, or wonder about?

My kids do too, but the heat wipes them out faster. My oldest enjoys it the most, probably because he gets picked on a lot IRL. And he can have "anonymous" act crazy fun in his suit and not get judged.
For me it is about the anonymity too, and getting out of myself and not having to be a responsible adult and MOM. Plus my fursona is definitely ME, just a more exaggerated part of me that I don't get to be all the time.
I will say, having done both, for my reasons fullsuiting is a ton better than partialing, but I would never discredit partialing, it works too, just isn't as submersive.
And aye, mean my character is myself personality wise I dont really put on a persona to go with the fursona, its just me, an idealish version of me in some ways but still me. And yeah I would enjoy trying full suiting sometime, but I really loved my partial. It was a lot of fun and a good way to practice and get used to things as well
