I have technically 8 x3 I'd say for balance for scientific reasons but anthropomorphic creatures aren't exactly scientifically accurate XD

Dalmatians are a very misunderstood breed and that's how I felt at the time, I may have also had a lot of anxiety and thought I could relate to their restlessness. But also they're cuuuuuute! So why not? Hehe

They're thought of as a stupid breed because of their rambunctiousness and lack of willingness to follow orders. The truth of the matter is they're strong willed and often think they know better than you. AKA independent thinkers. by dog standards at least.
