How not to start a week off from work

Have someone drive into the back of you while you're stationary at a roundabout. On the way home from work.
I'm fine and my car only physically has a black scuff on it, but i'm taking him to a garage tomorrow anyway. I am however, worried that my insurance will increase even though it wasn't my fault. How is that fair, anyway? That someone else causes an accident and I get punished too?

the same thing happened to me-- was stationary in a parking lot, waiting for the person in front of me to turn (we were a pretty good distance away), but she decided it would be a good idea to not look behind her and instead just hit reverse right into me, lmao..
hope your insurance doesn't go up for what someone else did. ;_;
