Umm ummm I would assume yo're somewhat tall? ( I mean everyone is when you're 5'0"..) but like 5'9" +?

Haha, I wish I was tall. I'm only 5'7'', unfortunately!

And I do have some pretty sick chops at the moment. The only time I ever didn't is when I was in the army. It was painful getting rid of them. ):

I do have sideburns and I've had a mohawk but I don't really like them nearly as much in real life. I -am- growing my hair out, though and I could probably have an okay one if I did cut it into one. Haha

I wouldn't say I'm a gun fan, actually and I don't own any. If anything I like rifles, specifically those of the bolt-action variety. I used to shoot at the range with buddies when I was in the service, but I haven't regularly since then!

Several. Every place my character has markings are places I want tattoos, eventually. Obviously it'll have to be adjusted based on my career path (I don't know a lot of economists who have tattoos all over their hands or neck), but still, the general idea is there.

I assume you are male. You have a certain sense of being able tell when someone is BSing you, and being that you were in the military I would actually assume that you were only minimally on the battlefield.

Haha, yeah minimally is right. And yeah, I am a dude. Additionally, I'd say I'm pretty good at sniffing out BS, mostly because I know how to dish it out pretty well, myself!
