TERMS OF SERVICE

-READ ALL OF THIS BEFORE ENGAGING INTO A COMMISSION WITH ME

-Note me for a commission or fill out This form, do not post below with anything but questions for this journal.

-If you post your commissioned piece anywhere, give me credit and/or link to my gallery

-I ACCEPT PAYPAL or MONEY ORDER. If you want to do a money order, I am not responsible for it being lost in the mail, I will not start the commission until after I have successfully cashed it, and take consolation that if it is lost in the mail, no one but me can cash it. Still, if it is lost in the mail, make note I WILL NOT refund what I have not cashed and you will not receive product. Best chances for you is to either use papal or to INSURE the money order when you send it to me.

-Payment will be made BEFORE I start the commission. If the order is $50 or more, the payment can be half to start, and then half upon completion. After completion, I will show you a version of the finished piece with half of it de-saturated to make sure you don‘t grab and go without fully paying, and only AFTER you pay the rest will I present the full product.. I WILL NOT START A COMMISSION UNTILL I’M PAYED DUE TO PAST COMMISSIONERS FAILING TO MAKE PAYMENT.

-The art will then be given to you with rights to post where you like AS LONG AS YOU GIVE ME CREDIT and/or link back to my gallery.

-SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY. I DO NOT HONOR BUYERS REMORSE. Once you have payed me for the commission, I will NOT refund you your money, however, I will still deliver the agreed product. If you have any doubts or ever consider to cancel a commission, regardless of need or reason, do not commission me. SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY

-If you want something tweaked or I left something out I will work to do the commission up to those standards, but again, I will NOT REFUND your money once you give it to me, especially if I have started or am already done with it. Buy sending me money, agreeing and signing the TOS (terms of service), you agree to these conditions.

-By sending me your commission request and accepting the price AND sending me the money, you accept that you have read, understand and accept the TOS.

COMMISSION PRICES

Normal Commissions (OPEN)

[b]-$30 for an inking
-$40 - $45 for simple flat color with textured color background
-$65 - $85 for a single character in traditional* or digital media
-$45-$60 for a portrait (shoulders up), realism
-$75-$90 for a ref sheet. Ref sheet includes a front view, a side OR back view, and your choice of 5 detailed shots, +$7 for each additional detail shots. Character can be nude or clothed, with an option for both ( a CLEAN ref sheet, AND a NUDE ref sheet) for an extra $10-$20)

+$10-$20 for a background
+$15-$30 for an extra character
+$10-$15 for complex/dynamic poses/sex/foreshortening

Other stuff (CLOSED)

-$15-$25 for a Laminated Con Badges, done in traditional media and sent to you
-$10-$20 for a bookmark, with colored ribbons/tassels/charms of your choosing
-$10 for your character drawn as a pitcher plant(because I like them), can be used as icon
-$10-$15 for a colored icon, with a full scale image(between 500x500pxl) and the scaled image (100x100pxl)
-$10 for a photomanipulation (red eye treatment, exposure, texture, coloring/tint, skin flaws etc etc)
-$5 for TINY badges, laminated, colored, about the size of a quarter (free chord color and length of your choice) sent to you with no extra charge.
-$15-$25 for Pitcher Plant figurines


* Traditional media pics are made on watercolor paper or bristol board with watercolors, prisma markers and pencils, and goauche, and sent to you for free in the states +$10 everywhere else.

NOTES PLEASE READ

-All my work is done in digital media in a combination of Sai and PS, UNLESS otherwise noted.
-The only things I refuse to do is +5 character pieces, scat, drugs, anti religions/race/gender etc, character imitations (characters based off of someone else's).
- I do NOT draw my main chara (Yasha) doing anything explicit(SEX) with other characters, unless they are female, and even then, rarely so.
- If you are willing to be patient, I will put you on a waiting list.
- Let me know if you want to keep the picture personal, otherwise I WILL post it in my galleries and maybe livestream it.
- If you are uncertain about anything, dont hesitate to ask.
- When sending me the money, make sure you have the paypal setting to SEND AS PAYMENT for GOODS with NO SHIPPING marked.

*Price varies mostly from complexity. What denotes complexity you ask?
-Lots of clothes or accessories
-Lots of things in the background (like, a simple waterscape might only be $10, but a super detailed forest or an apothecary with bottle books and instruments might be from $15-$25)
-Complex characters (characters with a complex/detailed pattern/color, wings, complex anatomy like zillions of arms/tentacles/legs/tails
-magic/spells/glitter/special or multiple lighting and light sources
-if it looks complex, or sounds complex to you, chances are its complex

[center]Note: For every 1 commissions I have, regaurdless of effort/size, expect your piece to be done between 2 weeks to one month. I understant for some people, this is a long wait, but if you are patient, then I would be more than happy to do a piece for you :)
