any trans resources in houston for hrt (t)? (pls help)
so my life has been pretty busy lately as explained by my very slow workflow/activity. dont worry im not forgetting about anything! ive just been working at a very slow pace due to fatigue from work/working 40hrs a week...on top of that we are short a car now so i need to buy my own and its been kind of time consuming looking for one/checking out listings on a budget when i am not working. anyways, the real point of this journal is...
i guess im offically out at my workplace now (but dont worry it went well) a manager approached me and asked me if i prefer to be called male and use he/him pronouns and such (bc i put male on my tax information when i first applied) and i explained to her about it and she said she and the other staff are going to try their best to call me what i prefer. it was really surprising but i was happy about it especially around this area, which is pretty conservative. ive been wanting to go on tesosterone for a while but that was the only thing holding me back but i guess its not anymore!
so does anyone in the houston metro area know of any trans clinics that will provide hrt without a huge hassle? (preferably without a psychologist's letter and all of that because i can't really afford a psychologist and i dont want to spend forever trying to get a letter of consent or whatever). if anyone has any information i'd really appreciate it...thank you very much.

you can blame this on the people who flip-flop their genders as they please, and make rash decisions. we don't get taken seriously without that 'letter of consent' because the doctors, apparently, know us better than ourselves
though if your work covers insurance, they should also cover the costs of therapy.
anyway unfortunately my work doesn't provide insurance but i have bluecross blue shield thru obamacare bc of my low income. there are informed consent clinics/doctors out there i just dont know if there are any specifically in my area, but id like to see until i resort to other options.
