I'm in the same situation. I know some people are actually really busy for real and occupied with their work, but I'm sure there's a chunk of my contacts who really are there just for my RPs v.v

To be honest, if you really want likes, actual people to talk about something, we could actually share our Skypes o:, I'm not the sort of person who's waiting desperately for any form of roleplay. Instead, I really enjoy having conversations, they tend to lead to more discoveries o:

You don't even know how much I hate this. I love to RP a lot, but it doesn't always have to be all yiffy! Can't people just add me on Skype just for, I don't know, actual human interactions and just conversations? Like jfc some people.
