b) To be honest when reading your first profile i really didn't and still don't really associate you with the fandom. You strike me as someone that likes the art, kind of like myself, but isn't really involved with anything. I'm very likely to be wrong of course, but this is the sense that i get.

and yeah...that does seem rather pompous of me. What brought you to FA in the first place?
I was searching for anthro art. I had come across it by accident last December, and I was curious, so I searched for more. Naturally, I found this site.
What kept me here has a bit more history. I've always thought humans are a pathetic species. We have no claws for defense, our senses are dull compared to most species, no wings for flight. All we have are our brains, and we're using them to destroy the planet and ourselves.
I've always had ideas about humans having animal traits before I came here. I enjoyed all those Disney movies where the animals were talking. I'm interested in the idea of a half-human, half-animal.
