Technically, you should ask the original poster of the photograph for permission first. If you can't do that, just make sure you credit all relevant parties when you post your drawing. No one should be too upset about it. Also, if you haven't already, make sure to read the FA user agreements. They should have all the information you need about what you can and cannot post.
