$varies for pixel art, depending on complexity and length. usually I wanna stick to 32x32 because that's what's fun.

If something's really complex, I might wanna negotiate more.

You'll get a jpeg/png/whatever and the psd if I use photoshop, or SAI or whatever if you want I'll give you the opencanvas file since I usually work in there to start. I don't have a printer so it's just digital copies.

I prefer references but if you don't have any we can work something out. Quite a few times I've sent someone a copy of opencanvas so they could watch me draw in real time, to be honest I prefer doing that when I can.

I'll be reluctant to draw pics of my own characters, that might also require negotiation.
