Decent scanner for cheap?
Anyone know where I can get a decent scanner for <$100? Preferably something that has a 9x12 bed. Doesn't need to have a printer, just needs to be able to scan sketches and stuff.

That's generic enough to probably just hit up even an Office Max or something just to look at them in person before looking on the interwebs. 9x12 is a bit of a weird size, they tend to go 8.5x11 to 11x17, so you might be stuck trying to find the bigger one which is considerably more expensive because reasons.

The problem is that I want to get something other people have used that works fine for scanning images hahah. Lots of scanners have issues with color and that's definitely something I need to work out :s

Most new scanner have built-in utilities that help you adjust the color levels and all that fun stuff. You could check Amazon and look by rating in your price range and read the reviews. I haven't had a scanner not attached to my printer in a long time, though.

I recommend a canoscan lide
