Trouble Strikes!

As if I weren't having enough problems, now my Skype's stopped working. XD Simply put, my attempts to log in to Skype have been met with a message saying:
[Skype can't connect]
If anyone who follows me has any advise, since the provided link they give me doesn't really answer any of my questions, I'll be all for hearing them, otherwise I'll probably make myself a new account to go with my new computer that'll be coming in hopefully soon.

Sounds like quite a hassle. Any issues I've had logging in in the past have usually dissipated given a little time, but I honestly don't know what to suggest here. Maybe clear out your cache, restart your computer, something.

Only thing i can suggest/think of is: either your skype evrsion is out of date (unlikely) or your firewall's kinda screwing with it
