Wasn't really, but having people coming along lately saying I promised to do one in the future, when things slowed down.. maybe I did maybe I didn't I don't remember, So Im made to feel like a shitty person for disappointing that person. If I did the commission then other people would see it then ask me why I turned them down which would make me feel like an even shittier person, if i did those ones it would keep snowballing. so the options at that point is feel like a rotten selfish person OR just do nothing but commissions for the forseeable future putting any other kinds of activities or projects on hold. And honestly all that kind of stuff just kind of robs all the fun from art Instead of a fun inspirational thing it turns into a stressful drag, I need to just cut commissions out cold turkey and try to get excited about drawing again.. If that makes sense.

It does man and I'm sorry you had to go through with that. You should love the work you do ( or at least have a civil relationship with it)- I know I get excited whenever you post something - everything you do is so carefully done with painstaking deliberacy that I can only imagine the level of passion you have for it. You're doing good man <3

Haha yeah thats the goal, Gotta get back to basics, trim away the stress and responsibility try to remember why I enjoyed this stuff in the first place and get that back :) Variety maybe... today I went out and did cafe sketches just little 10 second doodles of people walking by, haven't done that in YEARS! Should try some other things, maybe life drawing, play around with charcoals.

Bout the same for me on some occasions. I've recently been keeping a list of just how many projects I bury myself in. It also helps as a reminder too. T

Sorry not very clear, i havent been open for commissions for ages, Just making it clear cause people have been popping up saying id promised to do them, which i dont remember promising but if i did those id be stuck in a cycle of doing thrm forever like i explained to.Donryu up there. In the end ive been stagnating as an artist so i need to focus in other areas. I am open for animation commissions but those are very exoensive so.I dont really advertise them :)
