Well first off you can create folders and folder groups in the "Gallery Folders" feature located in the "Page Management" beneath "Submissions". From there you can add submissions to folders, but you can also add what folders an artwork is in. (It is now a feature on the "Change info" part of the artwork page, as well as one an option when you finalize a piece) Does that help?

Head to "My FA" Go down to "page management" and then go to "Gallery Folders"

if you really wanna know:

My FA > Page Management > Gallery Folders

Go there and you'll be able to create, modify, delete folders and folder groups as well as add/remove submissions to/from folders. It really is E Z :D
