I'm right there with you. I think they key to any community is to get involved with it as much as possible. Talk to the people you like, make friends, and pretty soon you'll make a name for yourself that others will recognise.

Where do you go to chat with the community, Iv seen group accounts for topics and public posting, but how do you find them without know the names of the accounts

use more tags. comment on others art more talking aboutw hat you like and stuff. search for art similar to what your art's themes are and comment on peoples stuff and mention you draw stuff like that too or how much you love what they are doing.

when someone gives me a nice comment or talks about stuff i like to i tend to visit their pages and etc

also when you post art post it at prime times when the most people would be awake on the site

well, i go by eastern standard time, but you should post sometime between 3-6 pm

i usually post around 4-5 pm if i am paying attention to time

its good to post during the afternoon when people are coming back from school or even work sometimes

if i want to post at night i post around 9-10pm sometimes 11pm

it doesnt always help but its best to try to post when more people are on than like at 3 am you know?
