So yeh that's fixed! I called them about the issue and asked if they could remove my details and let me start fresh. It's rejecting my debit card for now but I need a new one anyway. So that's all good. ovo
I recommend anyone who lost their PayPal account through being underage when they signed up; give them a bell! It's freephone now from UK house phones so that's all good! :D Used to cost an arm and a leg before to get in touch with them and the hold times used to be horrendous...my calls lasted about 5 minutes each though.
So glad I don't have to open a new bank account, phew! Thanks everyone though for all the suggestions for alternatives!

I had that problem a while back, so I just e-mailed PayPal so they could delete my old account and let me make a new one on a different e-mail. It worked, tho

They didn't respond to my message, sadly! :( I used their message center, though. I suppose they get quite flooded. Email is worth it if they do see it for those who don't like talking over the phone though!

It took a while before they got back to me, but I'm not the type of person who likes talking over the phone anyway, so it all worked out in the end XD
