Molecular Gastronomy
In class we are doing some molecular gastronomy so expect some stuff on that. It's really neat but I kind of hate it because there all these chemicals and powders and since it's all new I mess up and if you mess up with molecular gastronomy everything looks horrifying sludge monster.
Anyway, Hope everyone is having an awesome time. Don't be afraid to ask for recipes for any of the items in my gallery. I'll do my best to find those recipes for you.
I also started a blog. It just to practice on my writing but I write about a lot of thing. It's going to be about anime/manga, food, cooking, Oregon, Places to eat in oregon, work, people, life, and other stuff. Please feel free to check it out. I have 2 posts up right now. Tell me what you think.

And wuff had a FANTASTIC drink while out on business trip in FL, made from lemonade, passion fruit syrup, some fizzy water, and these little "pearls" of tropical fruit juices that exploded into micro-bursts of fruit flavor when you bit them! Wuffy is sure that those "pearls" were the result of "spherification" tricks from the molecular books. Would love to learn how to do those right - so much potential there!
Please keep us informed of your results in this new course, 'cause this wuffy absolutely wants to hear some of the first-hand experience, and see just how much Vrghr might want to get into the exploration of these new possibilities!
Best of luck!
Bon Appetite!!
