For those who, eventually, watch the news, yesterday an 8.4 earthquake moved Chile, and yes I live in chile, and yes, Im alive in case you were wondering <3
Everybody I know here is ok actually, infrastructure here is tough and prepared for this, but its 4 minutes long killed a few people who got panic attacks.
And well, tsunami did its usual destruction.
Actually we had like 30 smaller quakes after the main one, so it was quite stressful.
So, yeah, that. Just informing for anyone who might be interested.
On other news, I was thinking on doing a couple of portrait commissions.. anyone up for that?
Oh and PAGE 7 of the comic is already up on my site ^^

Sounds like an almost fun thing to experience (maybe I'm just crazy lol), what was it like?
Actually I kind of agree, though it feels bad to say it because I dont really suffer the consequences.. other people have it much worse.
Its like the ground turns into waves (maybe at my house the effect is softened because of the ground where its standing, on other places they say its much more shaky, less wavy if that makes sense) Its quite overwhelming to feel such strength moving under actually. On 2010 we had a much stronger earthquake, 8.8, but it was at 3:00 am so most were pretty asleep
But yup, personaly ive got kind of used to it, or at least i force myself to stay calm.
They are really unpredictable, they can know where preassure has been accumulating, only not when its going to be released.
This time there were only 5 deaths or so i believe. On 2010 pleople died here because of the tsunami mainly (genious goverment told people they could go back to their homes in the shore). Aside from that most people die of heart attacks, or because their house/building is standing on bad ground :/
I have never been in an earthquake, so I have no idea how it is.
Its quite overwhelming, i believe thats the best word to deacribe it. You feel tiny surrounded by such force >.<
Dicen que se sintio hasta en Buenos Aires!
La capa Nazca se movio 6 metros, creo que en el 2010 fue casi medio kilómetro igual o.o
Bit I'm glad you and your family are okay xD
I kinda miss quakes, honestly. They are kinda fun, but I always sleep through them ^^;
I guess its true, not when your house is the one falling down though, so it depends how much you lose there :/ Im lucky I live on a good zone in a strong house
It is most likely not going to happen close to me, but, it's most likely to hit Los Angeles. that will be a disaster of almost unheard of proportions, when/if it hits.
