Last night, I was a complete idiot and jumped for a rope in a tree, missed and hurt my knee. I am happy that my neighbors where around to help me out. It was quite obvious that i needed medical attention and ended up in the ER all of last evening.

My leg isn't broken, but i did dislocate my kneecap and the have a extremely sprained knee, I am going to an orthopedist on this week to make sure that I didn't harm anything else.

With that said, I am currently at home today, resting, and since i drive a stick, I'm pretty much stuck here in Hutchinson. So I will not be able to make any meets or picnics until i am better.
