Is my uni story I posted previously too recially controversial.

My teachers seem to think yes.

I wouldn't think so, seemed like something that would have a good message. Did they say where in the story they tought you had to change it?

If the message is supposed to be "don't judge people by their race" I'd say it's anything but controversial, of course though you need to handle all this with caution, remember that it's supposed to say "just because he's a canine doesn't mean it's this" and not "since he's good all canines must be good"... I hope it makes sense XD
Anyway, maybe if you explain it well to them, your teachers could change their mind.
