Dafuq does that mean? Basically I'm only sexually attracted to people that I feel a strong emotional connection with. I've been this way for a while, but didn't know about the definition until, well, a few minutes ago. Throughout Uni I had plenty of one night stand opportunities, but chose not to pursue them because I didn't like the idea of getting intimate with a total stranger.
I'm not that picky when it comes to looks, if I ever do try to get with someone it would be because of common interests or an awesome personality. When I heard my Uni room mates talking about rating girls out of 10 I always thought: "you guys suck". I'm still totally straight, that ain't changing.
It seems I'm part of a minority of demisexuals as I'm still totally down with the idea of sex, but I only want it to happen with someone who I know and feel a connection with. It's also worth mentioning that I've never watched porn... like, EVER. I've just never felt the need to.
