Cancelling doing commissons again
I feel really bad about this, but honestly I just don't feel like working on big commissions anymore.
Ive done this once before and I am sorry for everyone on the waiting lists that I have let down.
Im just struggling with mental health as well as university. I am also trying to get into other hobbies. The thought of sitting down for hours into the night working on digital art commissions just doesn't get me excited anymore, and i almost dislike the thought, unless it is the odd personal project that is quick to finish.
I will however consider taking smaller cheap less detailed sketchy commissions once in a while. The people who have previously been on a waiting list and did not get their art because of how much of a loser I am will take priority when I decide I want to do those.

You are more than welcome to add me on Skype again should you wish to chat, catch up or find inspiration. I will enjoy and appreciate everything you do, and I hope you find a better mental place
Note me if you'd like to chat and I'll send my Skype, somewhere along the line it got lost xD

University, particularly towards the waning months of a given term, is an extremely difficult and stressful time as I can personally attest to. The stress of what amounts to part or even full-time employment (since, if one does commissions on a regular basis, it pretty much is full-time work) is really just not something you should have to put up with at a time like that, especially if it no longer gives you pleasure. Even though I am not an artist nor have I ever done works for commission of any kind, I could understand how that sort of thing would be mentally tiring after a time: it's long, arduous, involved, and because you're trying to satisfy the specifications of a commissioner, you have a lot less agency in terms of how much you can add in things you enjoy personally.
In short, this is one of those times in life where you have the luxury of avoiding something you would rather not do. Some things are unpleasant necessities like mathematics and doing taxes, but this is completely and 100% optional. So I say take some time off and get all your ducks in a row.
First of all - No worries.
Please take care of yourself!! Your health is what matters the most! Honestly I definitely know how it feels to just want to throw in the towel when it comes to commissions...and I wouldn't really blame ya if ya did! You should draw what makes you happy, and if it stresses you out too much, then you don't have to take commissions, and noone should pressure ya into it!
We'll always stick around! You are worth it, and your art is beautiful no matter if they are commissions or personal work or 10 minute doodles!
If you are ever upset or need someone to talk to, my door is always open, just drop me a note!
Please don't stress too much over it! <:3 I hate seein' good people so riled up and worn out like this!
