So, it's my birthday today. I am now 37 years old, for those of you who might be interested.
As expected, it's not been a good day. Instead, it's been a day of misery and extreme loneliness with everything bringing me down. It's not exactly the worst day of the year (that honour goes to the day of the break-up a few months back), but its certainly trying to be.
But thank you to all those of you who have wished me a happy birthday. And thank you to

I felt like that living/growing up in Cornwall [Pre Internet etc] I actually thought I was "Mentally ill" because I fantasised about Cartoon charas etc [Didn't know there was such a thing as "Furries"] and being Gay and coming to terms with that in the middle of all the 80s scaremongering [+ Cornwall isn't exactly the most Gay tolerant place, its hardly London or Brighton]
No word of a lie, on my 18th + 21st Birthdays down there, I came pretty close to hanging myself
While birthdays do count off the years for your body, age really is a matter of how old you “feel” mentally like
