I'm currently trying to figure out what will happen in part 2 out of 2 of 'At the end of summer'.

I couldn't figure out a continuation and ending that I was happy with, so I thought you might be able to make suggestions on how you would like to see the story unfold.

How will Kex's friends react to him and his new mate? Will they get along? Is there something else to it?
