By commissioning, requesting, or collaborating with me, you automatically agree to follow the terms laid out below.
Commissioner Privilege
- Anyone who pays for a piece of art takes precedence over people who get their art for free. The larger the sum paid for the piece (the more detail it has), the further up the queue it's bumped, within reason. Does not include tips.
- Once the art is done for you, it is yours to do with as you wish, with proper credit to the rightful artist, and only so long as the other parameters are met.
- If it's not what you're looking for, you are allowed to ask for changes, but be reasonable. I'm choosing you as much as you are choosing me!
- If I take a commission/request from you, you are allowed to send me a reminder message once a week. Any more than that will be considered harassment which will result in first a warning, and then a blocking/banning. Any further harassment will be added to a black list and reported immediately.
Artist Privileges
- If you commission me or request a piece of art from me, you MUST be willing to communicate with me regularly at least until the piece is complete. I will likely have questions about what you want so I need to be able to get responses. Anyone who does not follow this, will be warned and their commission put on hold until regular contact can be achieved. If contact is not regularly achieved after the first warning, the piece will be refunded and will not be completed. (THIS IS TO ENSURE YOU GET EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT!)
- I reserve the right to refuse service to any one, for any reason. If you commission me but I choose later not to do your commission, you will be refunded the full amount and any art rendered from the transaction will be considered stolen if still posted after a week.
- I have the right to legally persecute any individual or enterprise that uses my art without express permissions of the subject(s) involved in the image as well as myself, or that was reclaimed due to a refund.
- I reserve the right to refuse to make changes to a piece I'm working on, commissioned or free. That's not to say I'll exercise this much, but it is an escape clause.
- I reserve the right to choose the time alloted to each piece. I take pride in my work and some things are more difficult for me than others, so they may take me more time. You are allowed to bother me about it, but only once a week as previously stated.
