Pics gone, Kaye/Tohri having PC Issues

Hey everybody-- in case you forgot, the pictures I mentioned one/two weeks ago are gone :S
Secondly, I had some guests this weekend. I was glad to have the very fun, intelligent, and kind
itsatrap and 
tohri . I sincerely hope to have them as guests, or to go and visit them again.
Anyways, onto the PC issue:
I'm having issues installing this operating system onto my PC. My dad brought up a laptop, and luckily nobody was using it.. so now I am. :o
I don't feel like taking out my old HD, moving shit around, etc.. so I'm just going to wait this one out and let this laptop work. :/

I'm guessing it's a XP SP2 install on a system with a SATA HDD in it, and you're pitching a blue screen that is probably UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME ?

I hope I can get some software that will run on Ubutnu Linux that will natively burn DVD ISOs!
If it's not, hit a terminal and rattle off a sudo apt-get install brasero to get a copy. :)
