Heads up about internet

So a bit of a fiasco happened involving my internet, a $1064 dollar bill and a lot of conflicting information about how the hell it happened went down. This, along with the generally shoddy service I've been getting feels like as good a time as any to switch services. So depending on when I get the service I have cancelled and the other one set up, I might go dark for a day or two. But I shouldn't be gone for too long.
Hope everything gets sorted out.
