Have you considered putting a limit on the number of requests you can take on at once before closing them, then opening them again when you're ready to take more? It might help prevent getting overwhelmed with too many of them.

You might also consider restricting people who have requested before from getting consecutive images done. Not ban them outright from more requests, but rather make them wait a while before they can make another one. It'd give other people a chance to throw out their ideas.

Mm... just sort of experimenting with the whole requests thing, trying out a new system.

I don't want to have a limit, because then it then becomes a list of drawings I have to do rather than want to possibly do...
I just want to collect the requests and pick and choose what I want to do or not.
So there would be requests I would not have the motivation to do, and requests that I really, really don't want to do...

The feeling varies every day. So usually in 4-5 days, 2 to 4 requests would get axed off due to my own laziness.

And I do take note on who has requested before, and so far, the peeps who have been requesting stuffs have been pacing themselves fine. It hasn't been a problem yet.
