Selling PS3 (60GB, BC Model) & Xbox 360 (250GB, Xmas White)

I have a backwards-compatible launch PS3, 60 GB with 2 controllers, a charger, power cord, Bluetooth microphone with charger stand, HDMI cable, Playstation Eye (camera) and a snap-on chatpad for the controller for sale. I am asking for $200 (plus shipping) as with my check tomorrow and $200 I can keep my apartment. If you are interested, please note me. This is very time sensitive, I have 2 days to pay this or I lose my apartment. If you could please spread this a bit, it would help.
I also have the Kinect Xmas edition Xbox 360 in snow white color with 2 matching controllers and a matching Kinect camera, power brick and an HDMI cable. I'm asking $250 for that as the model is incredibly rare and although down the road I can replace the PS3, I am not confident I can replace the 360 as easily, as I love the color.
