UPDATE ABOUT MY LACK OF ACTIVITY

General
I've been meaning to write this journal for a while. I've had a lot of things that have happened since the beginning of June that have prevented me from being able to draw both personal and commissioned art. i do feel extremely guilty about the fact that I haven't been able to finish commissions I've gotten as far back as June. It's extremely rare of me to take so long for me to finish commissions, I worry about my image as an artist and my reliability when it comes to commissioned art, and as much as I hate giving excuses to my absence, I feel like it's worth for people to know why I have been gone for so long, so here's my story:
Starting June, I went to Panama to do research with dolphins for my class, that lasted for about 2 weeks. Once I was back, that's when I first started hanging out with
Milo_Macrotis, so he also commissioned me for some things and like a normal human being, I drew him his commissions while he was hanging out in my room with me. Because of that, I do assume a bit of responsibility for not being more productive, but I also had my mom around. I only get to see her and hang out with her for two months out of the year and because of that, I spent a lot of time with her.
Towards the end of June and start of July, I had to go to Anthrocon and thus I wasn't able to draw for about a week. Unfortunately, right after I came back, it was my mom's last few days with me before she had to leave, so I felt a bit obligated to spend time with her. Then after she left I went through a bit of an art block that lasted for about 2-3 weeks. Once i got out of it, my dad dragged me to a road trip to Texas. Again, remember I was hanging out with Milo before and after going on the road trip, so there wasn't much I could do about commissioned art. About a week right after I came back, I went on a road trip by myself to California to spend 10 days with a friend. I only had a few days to draw, before I had to ship my computer to college since only half a week later once I came back from my road trip, I had to go to college in Vermont.
Once i arrived in Vermont, i was unable to draw while I waited for my computer to arrive in the mail. I waited about two weeks before I realized that I was getting notices to go pick it up at the mailbox because my roommates took the envelopes from the communal mailbox for the apartment and forgot to tell me about it. Once I had my computer back, I was still unable to draw because the heat sink was detached from the processor due to the rough handling from the mail (even though the box had stickers of fragile all over it) and my computer wouldn't stay on because of overheating problems, so I had to get thermal paste to fix that.
Once I fixed my computer, I only had a couple of days before my boyfriend came to visit me for 10 days. Due to that, again, I wasn't really able to draw since i didn't want to spend several hours glued to my computer ignoring my mate while i drew porn for others. And once he left, I was swarmed with midterm exams at college, so I had issues trying to balance out socializing, studying, living in an apartment taking care of myself, and having time to draw digitally.
NOW, I'm finally getting out of that rough phase where it was difficult for me to draw digitally, but I still do traditional art every once in a while. Most of it is uploaded on twitter, but as far as commissions go, I still need to catch up with them, hence why I have closed commissions at the moment. Again, I am so sorry I've been so absent, but there really hasn't been much I could do about it.
An extra little thing, I probably won't open commissions back up once I am finished, since I want a little time to be able to do some anatomy studies as well as gift art for friends and fanart for Café Plasir (look it up, it's fanfiction about a pokemon brothel by several different authors). I also have plans to do some illustrated fanfiction with my mate. I need to go through a process of improvement, so you'll see a lot of experimental art within a month or so (hopefully).
