This will be great! Everything is paid for so ScotiaCon is definitely gonna happen for me next month. This will be my first ScotiaCon and my first time in Scotland too. Despite it being a small con, I've heard many good things about it from previous attendees and quite a few people going are folks that I already know well so it should avoid that element of not knowing anybody. It should also be a fantastic way of keeping my spirits up after my recent bad news (see previous journal)

Only derp on my behalf is that because I booked it so late, room partners are now nonexistent so I've had to pay a bit more for a single room but tbh, I don't care! I'm going and that's all that counts! It should be a fun drive up to Scotland from Birmingham in my tiny little Citroën, that'll be the furthest I've ever been in it that's for sure XD

On a final note, to anyone else who's reading this and also going, I can't wait to see you there!
