Iv'e been with UPS for the last 10 years now, and I can say that if you're looking for work they will hire you right away. Many positions are open. If you like you can go supervisor early on. It all starts out at $15 per hour. Overtime after 5 hours which pays time and a half. After one year you get full benefits. Medical, denial and vision. Its a good company. I have been working there since I got out of the navy in 2004.
