I am chatting with a friend about letitng her lati turn one or two of mine into latis too..
I'm just unsure abourt a few things.
who should get to be transformed.
partial or full lati?

megas have those winglets on the forearms and they are wide and cheek tufts.
normal ones have back wings and no forearm changes and no cheek tufts. smaller too.
