Guardian Angels changes and new plot

Hello, Everyone!
So, currently, Saipia is a cyborg human-wolf hybrid, but I think I have a much more sinister and more fun idea for the series. It came after considering making the Guardian Angels series part of the Cityscape universe. That's not going to happen, simply because it would make things really complicated. Instead, however, I am going to make Saipia and the 15 Intergalactic cops from another world.
Saipia is actually the commander of a squad of special agents that help stop and track intergalactic crimes. What brings them to Earth is the machine the humans use to turn what will now be referred to as "Furrs." The machine is known as a Genetic Recompiling Machine or GRM. Originally intended as an advanced medical device capable of repairing skin, bones and even regenerating limbs and organs, it was banned once a scientist was discovered to have modified it for some pretty terrible experiments. This discovery came while Saipia herself was busy investigating a series of strange disappearances.
The scientist, Dr. M'Vora Ima, was arrested and the machine was banned and all but a handful were destroyed. However, the scientist eventually escaped and one of the machines that had sat in a museum was stolen. Because Saipia had been apart of the original investigation, she was tasked with catching scientist again. Upon tracking the machine to Earth, Saipia requested 15 of her top agents to help her find the machine and M'Vora.
It is actually Isan who stumbles into M'Vora while visiting a park. Upon learning of this, the 15 infiltrate the city to try and come up with a way to arrest this villain. This is when Saipia comes up with the idea of becoming the adopted daughter of another highly respected scientist, Dr. Ira Stovanich after determining that he was highly skilled in biology and was looking for a way to communicate with animals. He had given an interesting interview to a magazine. In this interview he talked about combining human DNA with animals as a possible solution. There were enough details that Saipia determined he had gotten his hands on the machine.
Saipia's new "father" quickly led her to M'Vora, who was his new wife, and was going by the name of Linda Summers It was through this relationship that Saipia quickly learned the truth of what was going on. Saipia's "mother" was trying to pit humanity against itself by using their own prejudice against them. Having only been on Earth for a few years, she had witnessed just how cruel and bigoted humans could be. Though her original intent was to use them for more experiments, this mad scientist soon decided that it would be interesting to see if she could collapse their society. So, she presented her new husband with the GRM which she had already started to modify to combine DNA.
It was M'Vora's idea to use Saipia as the first test subject. At the time, however neither knew who the other was. But, when the machine reacted very positively to Saipia's alien DNA and initially erased her human disguise, the truth about everything was revealed.
Although Saipia was indeed turned into a Furr and technically no longer wears a full disguise, she still must wear her Health and Security device which is in the form of a glass eye.
She is still a cyborg, as well. Yup. A cyborg alien Furr. But her prosthetic parts are beyond any technology available on Earth. So, only M'Vora and her engineer Kammy that can service her. But, Kammy, of course, is better and more trusted.
Lots of changes. I know. It's fun.
